What should I do if the product arrives damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered?

If you received a damaged parcel or the wrong product, please send me detailed photos and videos of the issue. I will do my best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

I will be happy to send you a replacement product.
I am always prepared to address any reasonable problems.

Can I cancel my order?

Because majority of these items are made to order, as soon as I receive an order,I start working on it immediately…so because of that, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of initial purchase.

Can I return my order?

Returns are ONLY accepted and refunded/replaced if item is damaged from delivery in which you will need to provide detailed photos/videos.

If you do not like the item especially based on its size and or weight, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then you are responsible for any loss in value.
